CNSA General Member Registration: $400

This is reduced pricing for CNSA Associate Members. 

 

Non-Member Registration: $800  

Clinicians registering as non-members automatically receive CNSA Associate Membership for the 2025 calendar year. 

This non-member registration option is also for poster session presenters and sponsors/exhibitors who would like to attend scientific program lectures (No CNSA Associate Membership included).

Poster Session

The Scientific Committee invites clinicians, academics, scientists, NGOs and others to submit abstracts related to the field of neurology. 
 
The poster session will occur in the evening on Monday, January 20. Author(s) must register to attend the meeting to stand with their poster. 

Deadline to submit abstracts: November 14 

Notification of acceptance: November 26 

Taste and Olfaction: Science and a Sensory Experience Dinner

Guests are welcome to join attendees at the Taste and Olfaction: Science and a Sensory Experience Dinner on Monday, January 20. Registered attendees of the meeting do not need to purchase tickets for themselves. Please purchase tickets for and provide the names of all guests during the registration process. 

  • Adult tickets: $75 
  • Child tickets: $25

Early Career Scholarship

The Early Career Scholarship Program supports the education and professional development of fellows, residents and attending neurologists within five years of completing training. 

Deadline to apply: November 18 

Notification of award: November 26 

Scholarship details:   

  • Free meeting registration (entry to scientific lectures, exhibit hall and social programming)  
  • All meals associated with meeting programming  
  • Up to four nights of hotel accommodations at the Hilton Clearwater Beach   
  • Up to $500 in reimbursement for travel expenses

Recipients are expected to:  

  • Attend and fully participate in all meeting programming 
  • Engage with their assigned CNSA mentor
